JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Warranty Services Coordinator provides support to warranty/repair activities in a timely and cost-effective manner. In addition, the Warranty Services Coordinator provides support to Project Quality and Supplier Quality to reduce customer complaints and supplier caused non-conformances.  Duties included within this position may include customer interface as it relates to warranty and non-warranty issues, daily support of Quality Assurance employees, SAP CS and QM maintenance, and daily contact with various internal departments.

 

Essential Functions

  • Receive customer complaint requests and enter applicable data into SAP.
  • Consistent communication with external customers providing status updates to repairs.
  • Maintain a high level of data quality within KBC’s SAP system.
  • Conduct data collection and analysis as applicable to customer complaints.
  • Review and report top customer complaints.
  • Support Project Quality and Supplier Quality Engineering in Root Cause Analysis and Corrective/Preventative Action coordination planning.
  • Monitor assigned customer material from complaint entry through complaint closure.
  • Support disposition of customer material (Return to Vendor, Repair in house, etc.).
  • Prepare repair billings and cost estimates.
  • Work with KBC Service Center to establish repair schedule for in house repairs.
  • Provide support and assistance to other colleagues, as directed, and any other duties as requested.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment and ensure the compliance with the company's rules and policies.  
  • Must be able to comply with quality, product safety, and HSE rules and regulations. Be energy conscious, if applicable. 
  • Tavel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.

Skills Preferred:

• ERP or CRM system experience

Education and Experience

Associates Degree, Business Administration or related 

0-2 years of experience

 

Preferred

3-5+ years of relevant experience
