JOB DESCRIPTION:

Summary/Objective
The KBC Sales Logistics Intern is a key position that will assist in various activities to support the Rail Services Sales Logistics Department in operating efficiently.

Essential Functions

• To send all order confirmations to customers.
• To attach all PO’s entered to all of the sales orders in SAP.
• To help each region with day to day work such as order entry, sending tracking information to customers, send out the invoices to the customers, statuses of materials due to customers, etc.
• Must be able to comply with quality, product safety, and HSE rules and regulations. Be energy conscious, if applicable.

Required Education and Experience

Current College Student

GPA 3.0 or higher
