JOB DESCRIPTION:

Summary:

Provide administrative support to the RailServices team, and support the Marketing and Governmental Affairs Manager in preparing for the APTA trade show.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Assist in the creation of signage, circulars, mock ups, email campaigns, online promotion, etc.
  • Assist in the distribution or delivery of marketing materials
  • Assist with the preparation and delivery of training materials
  • Prepare presentations
  • Provide support to social media efforts
  • Monitor social media for trending topics to utilize on social media channels
  • Provide general administrative support, including scanning, maintaining customer data, and general paperwork
  • Other duties as assigned by the Business Analysis, Costing & Pricing Manager
  • Maintain a safe, clean and healthy environment and ensure the compliance with company's rules and policies.
  • Must be able to comply with quality, product safety, and HSE rules, guidelines and regulations. Be energy conscious, if applicable.
  • Must understand and comply with applicable standards. ( i.e.: ISO 9001, ISO/TS 22163, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, and CMMI).
  • Maintain and safeguard business records

 

Competencies:

  • Strong writing skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced sales environment

 

Student should be in at least Sophomore year.
Prefer a Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or English major.
