JOB DESCRIPTION:

Summary/Objective

Cash application is performed for All North American Rail Cos, 5 legal entities in Canada and US.  This requires daily posting of all incoming Customer and Non-AR cash received via wire deposit, ACH and lockbox deposits.

Essential Functions

1.  Assist with Accounts Payable processing to cover for vacations, sickness or as needed.
2. Must understand and support all Quality, Product Safety, and Health/Safety/Environmental/Energy policies.
3. Must understand and adhere to all relevant statutory or regulatory compliance obligations.
4. Must understand, support and adhere to the Integrated Management System policies, procedures and instructions.
5. Must understand and support relevant key performance indicators (KPIs), as defined in the goal tree.
6. The ability to work in several systems.
