JOB DESCRIPTION:
Summary/Objective
Provides professional service in a broader scope of financial area, to support Finance Management for organization of the unit assigned.
Essential Functions

- Monitor and analyze and report on manufacturing variances, including labor efficiency, COPQ, Warranty, Spending analysis, and other KPI’s; communicate to appropriate managers.
- Process all expense reports through Concur with adherence to the SBU travel policy. Maintain and improve policy as needed. Act as Key User for Concur and maintain master records; develop informational reports/dashboards from Concur as needed.
- Collaborate with HR and Payroll personnel to ensure accurate reporting of staff according to cost center; and confirm ADP, SAP HR and Axiom are in alignment. Maintain temporary staff for each plant and develop monthly accruals for outstanding billings.
- Develop and maintain accurate P&L’s, Balance Sheet, Spending reports, Logistics costs and all regularly distributed reports through Axiom. Act as Key User for SBU. Assist in monthly rolling Outlook through Axiom in preparation for the Management letter.
- Analyze P&L’s and Spending reports for variances and report out missing costs for accruals during month end. Assist in generating adhoc analysis reports for management.
- Use SAP queries and transactions to assist with special requests from managers; become SAP Key User.
- Cross train with Costing Analyst on capital requests, audits and reporting on CAPEX Spend as well as Sales Reporting and M&E analysis to ensure a fluid and robust team.
- Assist with Transfer Pricing and other audit required reporting including the Product Line P&L maintenance and reporting.
- Various special projects and requests by Assistant Controller, Director of Controlling, Director of Finance, VP, Finance & Controlling or Senior Leadership Council members concerning financial or cost information.
- Process and maintain reporting for IAS 38 and Inventory/Sales impairment calculations as well as assist with IFRS required periodic reporting.
- Maintain and analyze Finance RoS and Personnel metric goal KPI’s and assist with preparatory data for the monthly ops review.
- Develop project cost spending reports in Axiom for monthly distribution and analysis.
- Must understand and support all Quality, Product Safety, and Health/Safety/Environmental/Energy policies.
- Must understand and adhere to all relevant statutory or regulatory compliance obligations.
- Must understand, support and adhere to the Integrated Management System policies, procedures and instructions.
- Must understand and support relevant key performance indicators (KPIs), as defined in the goal tree.

Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree, Finance or Accounting
2-5+ years of relevant experience
