Job Title: Business Intelligence Developer

Job Location:  748 Starbuck Avenue, Watertown, NY 13601 This position is fully remote and can be performed from anywhere within the US. 

Work Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week (M-F, 8 am to 5 pm)

Job Duties: Performs analyses and contributes to improvement of technical tools and processes, in innovation, logistics and/or production, aligned with defined quality guidelines. Main job responsibilities include: design & develop visual reports and dashboards to support management decision-making; drive efficiencies throughout the organization by automating business processes; gather and analyze data from multiple sources to solve complex problems; work with leadership to understand business needs and translate those into reporting solutions; promote the adoption of Business Intelligence tools throughout the organization; prepare and present summaries of analysis and findings to management team; develop and maintain data quality standards and data governance policies; support strategic business projects and SCRUM agile business initiatives; provide training to end users; maintain and publish report documentation.

Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering (or related) and three years of experience OR Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering (or related) and one year of experience. Must have experience with: Power BI, Power Query, DAX, and relational database structure; ETL techniques; business processes and operational KPIs; SAP, SQL, Python.
