JOB DESCRIPTION:
Mission of Job: Lead, Manage and Develop of KB Production Plant and Organisation based on global KB standards with targets like: Quality, Delivery Performance, Localisation, Productivity, Inventory, KPS, Invest, etc.
Education required: Bachlor degree in manufacturing & mechanical engineering
Professional Experience required: 5 years experience in a similar capacity
Tasks and Responsibilities: Deploy and execute functional strategies |

Support STRAP, mid-term and short-term planning processes | |||||||||||||
Support Budget planning, analysis, review and ongoing controlling | |||||||||||||
People Leadership (Target setting and controlling, Performance and Competency Appraisal, Feedback and Recognition, People Placement Planning, People Development, etc.) | |||||||||||||
Manage the manufacturing activities to meet customer requirements | |||||||||||||
Provide manufacturing training and guidance to employees | |||||||||||||
Lead production meetings | |||||||||||||
Review product design for compatibility with manufacturing operation capabilities | |||||||||||||
Establish positive relationships with other departments | |||||||||||||
Receive training from Knorr and Chinese partner | |||||||||||||
Hire and retain qualified employees | |||||||||||||
Provide training to employees including Total Quality | |||||||||||||
Co-ordinate with the manufacturing organizations of site and corporate | |||||||||||||
Establish production plan, overtime schedule, shifwork arrangment | |||||||||||||
Implement KPS projects on shopfloor | |||||||||||||
Maintain the safe working environment according to EHS, OHSAS, ISO14000 standards |
