Requirements

  • Min 5 years work experience in Automotive industry
  • Experience in automatic/ manual assembly process
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
  • Prefer to know the PCBA process and soldering process
  • Familiar with ISO14001, IATF 16949:2016, VDA and other quality systems.
  • Bachelor or above in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering
  • Skilled in AutoCAD, CREO etc. drawing software

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for fixture, jig, spreader design, tracking the manufacturing schedule and technical guidance.
  • Responsible for manufacturing technology and quality problems in the process of analysis and put forward solutions.
  • Organize and coordinate timely and accurate implementation of ECN / Permit and all technical document, also including PLM/SAP technical input
  • Evaluates the requirements for product commercialization and create production concept
  • Creates documentation of the production equipment and submit production equipment specification to possible suppliers for RFQ
  • Manage the new production introduction ensuring cost, schedule, budget and performance requirements are met.
  • Ramp-up of the production equipment to full volume series production
  • Optimize line layout, implement lean production, optimize material replenishment flow.
  • Ensure process provides a high level of safety and ergonomic compliance.
  • Review all issues of production process to generate the direction or solution.
  • Cross functions cooperation on troubleshooting by using quality tools like fish bone, 5 why etc.
  • Set up the product standard time and optimization, capacity analysis.
  • Share lessons &learned with other plants, including technical information, components drawings and specification.
  • Continually improve the assembly quality and efficiency by optimizing the assembly process.
  • Achieve the three major targets of the engineering department: WCR (work content reduction), LE improvement and MU (material savings)
  • Support the plant to achieve key operational targets by implementing improvements
