JOB DESCRIPTION:

Tasks:

  • Development of China´s E-Mobility strategy and product roadmap in alignment with global eCubator and China region contributing to the overall global CVS E-Mobility strategy.
  • Leadership & accountability for China E-Mobility network and projects (mentorship & support).
  • Leadership for building up and run an innovation Scrum team.
  • Foster and implement agile working methods, particularly within an agile matrix setup.
  • Responsible for value maximization of products and product developments, prioritization of portfolio backlog and internal stakeholder management.
  • Driving market intelligence for China region based on an active customer interaction and collaboration to find out the customer expectations and based on evaluation of competitor landscape.
  • Derivation of market requirements, market entry scenarios, USPs and identification of gaps and growth opportunities.
  • Identification of E-Mobility related innovation and business potential for further growth (innovator).
  • Ideation of E-Mobility solutions from vehicle system perspective (sytem thinker) .
  •  IP Management: Responsible for intellectual property portfolio .
