JOB DESCRIPTION:
Requirements:
- 3-5 years working experience in mechanical design for parts of braking, steering and ADAS system
- Bachelor or above degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
- Good understanding of PDC.
- Skilled in Catia or Pro-E
- Good knowledge of FEMA, PPAP, APQP
- Knowledge of IATF16949
- Workable English level
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Performing design work assigned, calculation and detailing of complex parts and assemblies about the technical topics to ensure the realization of the design.
- Performing tolerance, function, and fatigue strength calculations.
- Creation and updating of production, assembly, and installation drawings.
- Participation in the preparation of FMEA, functional safety (ISO26262) and APQP documents.
- Participation in projects to reduce costs and improve quality of existing products.
- Evaluation of test results and PPAP documents.
- Creation and realization of supplier specifications.
- Support with test and test-bench specifications.
- Implementation and maintenance of design related data in the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tool.
