Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher with technical background.
  • Over 5 working years in Quality management in automotive or automotive supplier industries.

 

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Quality System

  • 1.Coordination of all activities resulting in the implementation and certification of the QMS.
  • 2.Cooperation in implementation of new systems and methods of quality management.
  • 3.Work up and maintain local MS procedures and coordinate with the group coordinator.
  • 4.Analysis and optimization of local procedures.
  • 5.Continuous review of MS documentation.
  • 6.Set countermeasures if deviations of the defined system are identified.
  • 7.Cooperation on internal audits.
  • 8.Planning, doing and evaluation of system audits.
  • 9.Regular check of the status of implementation of countermeasures from system audits, their validation and escalation.
  • 10.Cooperation on the preparation and successful passing the external audits (in the scope of own responsibilities).
  • 11.Training of the organization and the process drivers in KE and documentation handling.
  • 12.Support China plant to optimize QMS if necessary

Audits/Assessments

  • 1. Plan & carry out appropriate audits (QFMA, internal system& product, technical process audits) & assessments (Business process assessments). Inform CoC about results. Manage (definition, implementation, follow up) appropriate corrective actions. Prepare relevant activities for internal/external audit such as IATF16949 audit etc.
  • Customer Interface            
  • 1. Key customer contact for the defined customer concerning warranty and zero mileage claims;
  • 2. Coordination of customer-oriented approach & communication (Customer Window Person)
  • 3.Collection & analysis of warranty cost and returned parts.

Customer Care

  • 1.Leading and guidance of Warranty and Zero Mileage Analysis with internal plant
  • 2.Receiving of the claim information and timely communicate with KB internally production location (CoC if necessary) in order to timely collect evidence & technical information for customer feedback (accepted or rejected);
  • 3.Documentation of the customer claims and first investigation/initiation of the problem-solving process with cross functional team (corresponding Plant quality; Application Engineer, SQD, logistics, sales etc.)
  • 4.Creation & Coordination of a qualified 8D Report or KB Internal Risk Assessment report for submission to the customer as request;
  • 5.follow up CA progress and verify effectiveness.
  • 6.customer quality performance evaluations.

Product Safety Responsibility

  • 1. With product safety responsibility
  • 2. Follow up Secure Product Safety Procedure to be properly implemented and monitored and follow up CA.

Centre Quality Function

  • 1. To monthly collect all Quality KPI data from CVS China plants and form monthly Quality Report of CVS China, as well as follow up the improvement opportunities or actions.
  • 2. Coordinating with Quality System Engineer of CVS China Plants to prepare and pre-review relevant activities of Quality Management System in order to fulfill the targets of  internal / external quality management system.
  • 3. Executing and review "Quality Initiative" with CVS China Plants
  • 4. Participating and Implement production line release for new production line.

Project Quality Management

  • 1. Be actively involved in the PDC process as a PDC project team member representing the Quality function;
  • 2. Support timely & accurate review of customer PPAP and sign off, submit to customer on time
  • 3. Participate in product/process audit and customer audit

Leadership:

  • 1. Deploying employees corresponding to their qualifications within the relevant structure. Instructing and supporting employees in a target-oriented and motivating manner to fulfill the tasks.
  • 2. Guiding, instructing and supporting employees in function-related tasks
