Customer Quality& Product Integrity Manager

Requirements：

• University degree with Engineering (mechanical and electronical) background.
• Over 8 years of working experience in Customer quality management within commercial vehicle industry.
• Knowledge of brake system or similar products in commercial vehicle industry.
• Be familiar with quality management system and quality tools such as IATF 16949 / VDA6.3 / PPAP / 8D
• Can accept frequent travel ~ 30%
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Be able to communicate and report in English

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Manage customer satisfaction process according to group standard. Claim Management (acceptance, counter-claim, treatment of customer warranty cost) for own products. Introduction of systematic improvement activities based on customer needs/ complaints, product checks, proof effectiveness of introduced actions regarding Quality and Product Safety. Support customer audits & customer improvement programs in corporation with COC.  
• Systematically identify, assess risk, resolve, manage and document Product Integrity Issues. Drive effective and efficient solutions to Product Integrity issues, while meeting customer needs/expectations.
• Deal with customer claims both 0KM and field, investigating / analyzing / coordinating and follow up the corrective and preventive actions.
• To monitor and follow up customer quality open items, and report the action status and result to customer
• Visiting customer facilities to establish and develop customer relationships
• Working together with plant quality to perform counter-claim to customers regarding the warranty cost of NTF.
• Monitor the customer quality KPI (CoPQ. 0km claim, field claim, IC claims, campaign) of plants. Drive improvement of plants’ customer quality performance and achieve customer satisfaction.
• Reports Product Safety relevant issues in the Management Reviews to ensure adequate escalation whenever necessary. Ensures adequate actions are defined in relevant areas for any Product Safety issue.
