JOB DESCRIPTION:
Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Support sourcing engineer for new part development, support SQA for new supplier audit,
2. Organize internal meetings with related departments, such as SQA, ENG to define FAI requirements for new parts,
3. Convey the internal needs to suppliers for FAI parts, conduct process audit for new parts, make sure stability of the process, delivery and quality of new parts,
4. Handover supplier quality management to SQA after FAI+1 production batch, support SQA after this milestone,
5. Other tasks assigned by line manager.
Other Tasks & Responsibilities:
1.Work with sourcing engineer for technical communication with supplier during FAI process.( 15% )
2.Support Sourcing engineer for the price evaluation and negotiation on mechanical parts. ( 10% )
3.Audit and analysis the process of supplier for all the mechanical parts before FAI. ( 45% )
4.Work with Sourcing engineer for 7 steps according to KB requirement for new products before FAI ( 10% )
5.FAI problem solving. ( 20 % )
