Supply Chain Director (f/m/d)

As Supply Chain Director, you will lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations, including warehousing, logistics, and transportation. Your focus will be on ensuring operational stability, driving cost efficiency, and implementing best practices in inventory and logistics management. You will manage and develop a high-performing team, set clear objectives, and foster engagement. Monitoring KPIs and delivering actionable insights to support business goals will be key, along with cross-functional collaboration to maintain compliance with company standards and procedures.

Your responsibilities:

  • lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes, including warehousing, logistics, and transportation,
  • ensure smooth operations and process stability across the organization,
  • drive cost efficiency and implement best practices in inventory management and logistics,
  • manage and develop a high-performing team, setting clear goals and fostering engagement,
  • monitor KPIs and deliver actionable insights to support business objectives,
  • collaborate cross-functionally to maintain compliance with company standards and procedures.

Our requirements:

  • proven experience in senior supply chain leadership roles,
  • strong track record in process optimization and operational excellence,
  • excellent analytical and decision-making skills,
  • fluent English (German is a plus),
  • knowledge of SAP (WM, MM, SD, GTS, CS) and advanced MS Excel skills,
  • ability to inspire and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
