Knorr-Bremse India Private Limited is a 100% subsidiary of Knorr-Bremse AG Germany which is more than 110 years old Company and world's leading manufacturer of braking systems for Rail and Commercial vehicles. Knorr-Bremse started its operation in India in 1993 and relocated to Palwal location in 2013, which is set up to cater to the growing demand in the Indian market. 

Knorr-Bremse has built a state of the art manufacturing facility spread over 17 Acres of land situated at 51/4 KM stone at main Mathura Road near Palwal. With optimized plant logistics and an improved working environment for employees, the new facility was built with an eye on maintaining the ecological balance. The plant conforms to Green building norms with energy-efficient air-conditioning and a high level of insulation. This helps reduce its carbon footprint, which the company considers a part of its environment sustainability.

Project Manager (Data Analyst knowledge experience 5-6 years)

Project Manager

• Responsible for leading internal development projects with high technical and economic importance.
• Ensures adherence to governance requirements, resource planning, and decision-making frameworks to achieve schedule, cost, and quality targets.
• Leads internal development and innovation projects from initiation through series release and is accountable for achieving all schedule, cost, and quality objectives.
• Prepares decision‑relevant project documentation, conducts quality gate reviews, and ensures compliance with all governance and maturity level requirements.
• Plans, monitors, and controls approved resources, capacities, budgets, product costs, and quality specifications of the assigned project to ensure efficient, priority-driven execution and achievement of project objectives.
• Facilitates decision‑oriented coordination with internal and external stakeholders and ensures transparent, target‑group‑oriented project communication and documentation, e.g. within steering committees.
• Identifies and assesses project‑relevant risks and initiates effective countermeasures at an early stage to ensure successful project outcomes.

Data Management & Analytics

• MPM and Data Management & Analytics
• Co-ordinate with Project managers to record & maintain accurate status of projects in dedicated apps
• Coordinate and monitor multiple projects across departments to ensure alignment with priorities
• Maintain up to date project master data (scope, milestones, timelines, resources, budgets, status)
• Design and develop Power BI dashboards that are structured for AI‑assisted insights, scenario analysis, and narrative explanations
• Develop and maintain analytical reports, dashboards, and KPIs for management decision‑making

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical / production / industrial engineering, Management, Business Analytics (5-6 years’ experience)
• Data Analytics certification is an advantage.
