  • Develop and maintain 3D models and 2D engineering drawings, including tolerance stack-up analysis, to simulate and validate mechatronic design concepts.
  • Select and define suitable materials, components, and semi-finished products for robust mechatronic subsystem design.
  • Design and develop PCB CAD assemblies, connectors, and enclosures, ensuring compliance with IP rating and environmental protection requirements.
  • Analyze existing product development and manufacturing processes, driving continuous improvement in testing methodologies, validation processes, and product quality (e.g., DFMEA, DV/PV activities).
  • Perform design enhancements and product updates by integrating mechatronic solutions, ensuring backward compatibility and lifecycle sustainability.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation (drawings, specifications, BOMs, change requests) in PLM systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (EE, SW, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing) and global stakeholders to ensure timely project execution and milestone adherence.
