JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Requirement Analysis
    • Ability to read and understand requirements of system/product level under mentorship. 
    • Participate in Requirements sessions with customers to understand product fit w.r.t. requirements and the resulting gaps. 
  • Test Architecture/ Test Framework
    • Ability to read and understand Test Automation framework and architecture design at sub-component level 
  • Development Testing
    • Ability to execute test cases and log
    • Ability to log defects, report and track them till closure
    • Ability to Develop Script as per the Test Case
    • Ability to define functional test cases & execute test cases
    • Ability to log defects, report and track them till closure.
  • Experience:
    • Expertise in Managing automation test projects.
    • Expertise in Testcomplete and Selenium having built automation framework from scratch, regression suite and other repeatable tests.
    • Very good knowledge in Test Optimization techniques
    • Good experience in Manual Testing
    • Good Exposure in Boundary Value Analysis, Explorative and Risk Base Testing
    • Experience in Test Plan and Test Strategy
  • Skills:
    • Coding using Java, JavaScript, Typescript
    • Scripting using Python
  • Knowledge:
    • Code coverage concepts
    • Automated test frameworks in Testcomplete and good exposure in Selenium, Jenkins; Linux; CI / CD concepts; Cloud AWS / GCP (Working environments)
  • Proficiency:
    • Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
    • Find solutions to meet project needs.
    • Experience in handling customer interactions
  • Communication skills:
    • Client-facing, with strong written and verbal communication

    • Ability to follow process
    • Get all development reviewed
