Knorr-Bremse India Private Limited is a 100% subsidiary of Knorr-Bremse AG Germany which is more than 110 years old Company and world's leading manufacturer of braking systems for Rail and Commercial vehicles. Knorr-Bremse started its operation in India in 1993 and relocated to Palwal location in 2013, which is set up to cater to the growing demand in the Indian market. 

Knorr-Bremse has built a state of the art manufacturing facility spread over 17 Acres of land situated at 51/4 KM stone at main Mathura Road near Palwal. With optimized plant logistics and an improved working environment for employees, the new facility was built with an eye on maintaining the ecological balance. The plant conforms to Green building norms with energy-efficient air-conditioning and a high level of insulation. This helps reduce its carbon footprint, which the company considers a part of its environment sustainability.

  • Responsible for testing projects. (Compressors / Air Dryer units / Motors etc)
  • Experience in preperation of the test setup, sensor (TCK, pressure sensor) fittment & configuration, pneumatic fittiing & piping layout preperation.
  • Hands on in handling & using DAQ (KBK, NI) Measuring instruments.
  • Conducting development-related tests, type tests, and measurements with air supply systems and their components
  • Evaluation of test results and creation of reports.
  • Developing and implementing specifications and concepts for test tasks, including programming data acquisition, using DIADEM, Labview, NI, etc.
  • Responsible for ensuring utilization, calibration and maintenance related to test lab equipment’s.
  • Ensuring compliance with norms, safety standards and quality management processes.
  • Organization and planning of tasks in the testing area, both with external service providers within projects and providing guidance to assigned technicians
  • Technical guidance for engineers and technicians in testing regarding the test setup & testing procedures.
  • Experience 6 - 8  years

    Diploma / B.E (Mechanical)
