Knorr-Bremse India Private Limited is a 100% subsidiary of Knorr-Bremse AG Germany which is more than 110 years old Company and world's leading manufacturer of braking systems for Rail and Commercial vehicles. Knorr-Bremse started its operation in India in 1993 and relocated to Palwal location in 2013, which is set up to cater to the growing demand in the Indian market. 

Knorr-Bremse has built a state of the art manufacturing facility spread over 17 Acres of land situated at 51/4 KM stone at main Mathura Road near Palwal. With optimized plant logistics and an improved working environment for employees, the new facility was built with an eye on maintaining the ecological balance. The plant conforms to Green building norms with energy-efficient air-conditioning and a high level of insulation. This helps reduce its carbon footprint, which the company considers a part of its environment sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

Support Project Managers in project planning, scheduling, execution, monitoring, and control of engineering projects.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Organize project meetings, prepare MoMs, track action items, and ensure timely closure.
Maintain project documentation, configuration management records, and PMO governance artifacts.
Track and consolidate project KPIs such as Capacity Utilization, Effort Variance, Schedule Variance, COPQ, and delivery metrics.
Prepare project dashboards, management reports, and executive presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies; proactively drive mitigation and escalation.
Coordinate project procurement activities including tracking purchase requests, vendor deliverables, and procurement status.
Interface with EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) vendors for planning, material readiness, build status, issue resolution, and schedule tracking.
Support cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and stakeholder communication.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of Project Management and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Hands-on experience with JIRA, MS Project (MPP), Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.
Good analytical, reporting, and coordination skills.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
