Project Manager Low Volume Strategy (m/f/d)

  • Initiates and manages projects of Product Group Valves with focus on streamlining and low volume production throughout all stages of the project process
  • Leads the target definition, specification and implementation of the project
  • Drives Global streamlining/Phase out projects
  • Responsible for the execution of low volume production strategy in close co-ordination with Central Industrial Engineering
  • Interface to plant, purchasing and sales department for executing low volume strategy
  • Responsible for the implementation of Product Group related global IAM growth strategy in close co-ordination with the aftermarket team
  • Identifies, monitors and reports project risks/project target deviation and plans, directs countermeasures, and eventually initiates escalation measures
  • Responsible for meeting project/program milestones and objectives
  • Monitors the budgets and takes actions in case of deviations
  • Monitors all commercial aspects of the project, incl. payment, contract management


  • Completed technical studies in industrial engineering or a comparable education
  • Professional experience with customers and project planning in the automotive industry
  • Fluent knowledge of English is required, advanced German is advantageous
  • Ability to prioritize and act in a self-directed manner
  • Good Communication skills, structured way of working
