JOB DESCRIPTION:

Summary/Objective

Support activities related to the Engineering BOM Creation and Data entry into PLM Related business systems.

Essential Functions

1. Support activities related to the BOM Cleanup and Data entry
2. Must understand and support all Quality, Product Safety, and Health/Safety/Environmental/Energy policies.
3. Must understand and adhere to all relevant statutory or regulatory compliance obligations.
4. Must understand, support and adhere to the Integrated Management System policies, procedures and instructions.
5. Must understand and support relevant key performance indicators (KPIs), as defined in the goal tree.

Skills and Competencies

1. Technical Capacity
   • Must be proficient in MS Excel at an Intermediate or Proficient level.
   • Must have strong data integrity focus
   • ERP exposure, SAP is preferred

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment

The employee will be required to perform duties on a computer terminal. The employee may be exposed to shop floor conditions, i.e. noise, heat, cold, dust/dirt etc.

Required Education and Experience

1. Associates/Bachelors Degree in Engineering related field
2. 1-3 years of data entry experience
3. MS Excel 1-3 years
