TASKS:
- Leading of the architecture development team for electronic control devices
- Responsibility for defining and describing architectures for electronic hardware and software
- Coordinate requirements with system development and product management
- Architecture modeling for electronic control components
- Coordinate design guidelines for electronic control components with the international Knorr-Bremse development teams and other internal and external experts
- Execute initial estimates and calculations (e.g. for computing power and memory sizes, transmission rates, power supply, FMEA/FMEDA etc.)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Studies in electrical engineering, computer science or a comparable field of study
- Several years of professional experience in the fields of electronics development and/or embedded software development
- First leadership experience
- Well-founded knowledge of common development methods, especially in the area of safety-critical controls >= SIL2
- Knowledge of hardware and software development and system modeling (e.g. SysML)
- Proficient in German and English
- Strong communication skills, strategic thinking, determination, resilience, structured way of working, authentic and open demeanor
