Specialist Purchasing Controlling (m/f/d)

TASKS:

  • Purchasing Controlling in the area of material cost development for production material according to savings, increases and net result
    • Planning and controlling of savings according to regions, locations, material groups as well as degree of implementation
    • The task is defined globally and is carried out in close cooperation with the Commodity Management, the respective site purchasing departments and Group Controlling
    • Ensuring data quality and regular reporting
    • Validation and analysis of purchasing data and key figures from the available systems as well as development of process improvements 
  • Support and further development of the supporting BI tools, dashboards and reports in close cooperation with IT
  • Conduct trainings and support the Commodity Management and Site Purchasing in the above areas

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Very good IT skills (MS Office/Excel, SAP R/3, BI Tools, KPI-Reporting, u.a.) 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language
  • Very good communication skills for the global cooperation with KB locations worldwide
