TASKS:

  • BU Brakes Controlling: Global Business Partner of BU Bremse Management 
  • Verification and analysis of R&D areas (capacity planning, developments) 
  • Monthly BU brakes KPI reporting for sales, margins and capacities (dashboard) 
  • Assessment of business cases (CapEx, innovations) and review of the BU Brakes profitability initiatives 
  • Analysis of BU brakes processes and structures with regard to profitability and improvement potentials 
  • Product cost analyses incl. target costing 
  • Preparations for the BU reviews incl. Alignement with the relevant location and function manager

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • University degree in business administration with a focus on controlling/finance/accounting or comparable qualification 
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in controlling; ideally from production industry 
  • Safe handling of business key figures, including cost- and profit- Center Accounting 
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, SAP ERP / BPC / BCS knowledge is an advantage 
  • Independent and analytical way of working as well as confident occurrence 
  • Strong communication and team skills as well as high affinity for numbers and IT
  • Fluent German and English language skills
