YOUR TASKS
- Responsible for active product lifecycle management as well as product portfolio analysis. Drives changes as main stakeholder and information hub, linking all internal departments
- Initial focus on management of cable / harness portfolio plus auxiliary Trailer products such as TPMS and RDC
- Manages & drives product specific adjustments (VAVE, Software Releases, CR adjustments)
- Conducts assessment of market shares, benchmarks, and competitor landscape
- Define & execute (customer) product strategy reflecting market requirements
- Monitors profitability of products and ensures contribution to performance of business unit
- Verifies product portfolio including innovation management vs. market requirements with roadmap
- Provides Technical Sales and KAM’s with information for promoting products & support with creation of product documentation
- Working with SCRUM methodology – prioritise product backlog to reflect product, market and business needs
YOUR PROFILE
- Successfully completed university studies of engineering sciences or business and engineering
- Professional experience in product and project management
- Very good product and system knowledge as advantage
- Very good command of written and spoken German and English language
- Reliable and structured way of working as well as confident and customer-oriented appearance
- Communication and persuasion skills
