YOUR TASKS
You will be part of our global HR Business Partner Team
- supporting us with conceptualizing and implementing talent management measures, preparing Workshops and Trainings
- bringing in your ideas to support our global HR projects
- preparing reports and statistics
- managing research and coordination tasks
- supporting in day-to-day HR operations
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor Degree in economics, psychology or comparable
- Fluent in English and German
- IT affinity and excellent Microsoft Office skills
- First practical experience in HR or related field would be perfect
- Independent, structured and collaborative way of working
- Communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with different stakeholders
