YOUR TASKS:
- Structuring of methods for "User Experience Design" (creating of templates for stakeholder radars, user journey mapping, personae)
- Develop further and maintain an overview of core user types (personas)
- Support in the organization, execution and follow-up of workshops
- General work UI design
- Support in UX evaluation and/or customer loyalty measurement activities
- Support product managers team
YOUR PROFILE:
- Studies of Informatics, Software Design, Engineering, Design and Product Design or equivalent
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Desirable: Knowledge in Adobe XD
- Interest in Value Proposition Design, User Experience, User Service Design or equivalent
