YOUR TASKS

    • Automation and digitalization of business processes using modern tools and AI approaches to make workflows more efficient, transparent, and sustainable
    • Independent handling of smaller quality projects in the supplier environment – from data analysis to clarifying technical topics in interdisciplinary meetings
    • Gaining insight into our VDA 6.3-based supplier audit process worldwide and contributing to its further development
    • Analysis and optimization of supplier quality data using automated and AI-supported evaluations
    • Supporting the expansion of our global supplier portal with a focus on automated communication
    • Creation of Power BI analyses and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators
    • Active participation in the global Supplier Quality community as well as in the SAP QM Key User community to promote best practices, standardization, and knowledge sharing

 

YOUR PROFILE

    • Degree program in a technical or business-related field
    • Proficient German and English language skills
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel, e.g., pivot tables, formulas)
    • Initial experience with MS SharePoint, MS Power BI, and SAP R/3
      Ideally, first experience with AI tools and AI agents
    • Independent and detail-oriented working style, analytical thinking, and creativity
    • Empathy, team spirit, and a strong sense of responsibility
