YOUR TASKS
-
- Automation and digitalization of business processes using modern tools and AI approaches to make workflows more efficient, transparent, and sustainable
- Independent handling of smaller quality projects in the supplier environment – from data analysis to clarifying technical topics in interdisciplinary meetings
- Gaining insight into our VDA 6.3-based supplier audit process worldwide and contributing to its further development
- Analysis and optimization of supplier quality data using automated and AI-supported evaluations
- Supporting the expansion of our global supplier portal with a focus on automated communication
- Creation of Power BI analyses and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators
- Active participation in the global Supplier Quality community as well as in the SAP QM Key User community to promote best practices, standardization, and knowledge sharing
YOUR PROFILE

- Degree program in a technical or business-related field
- Proficient German and English language skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel, e.g., pivot tables, formulas)
- Initial experience with MS SharePoint, MS Power BI, and SAP R/3
Ideally, first experience with AI tools and AI agents - Independent and detail-oriented working style, analytical thinking, and creativity
