JOB DESCRIPTION:
YOUR TASKS

- Assist in the procurement process of electronic components and materials.
- Support the team in managing supplier relationships and communications.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their offerings
- Help prepare and process purchase orders and invoices
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the timely delivery of materials and resolve any issues that may arise
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of purchasing processes
YOUR PROFILE

- Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Electronics, or equivalent
- Excellent language skills: written and spoken German and English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Previous experience in purchasing or supply chain management management would be advantageous but is not required
