YOUR TASKS

• • Supporting the global and cross-divisional Headcount Actual & Outlook process
  • Assisting with annual global and cross-divisional Headcount budget planning
  • Executing standard HR Analytics reporting requirements
  • Creating ad-hoc analyses
  • Supporting the global staffing request process
  • Supporting global HR master data quality checks
  • Interacting and communicating with HR Analytics stakeholders (e.g., Finance, Business) as needed
  • Taking on specific tasks within HR Analytics special projects

YOUR PROFILE

• • Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Excellent language skills: written and spoken German and English
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Analytical thinking and a reliable, self-motivated work ethic
