Role Overview: Coordinates the end-to-end process of product security services for Knorr-Bremse Business Units. This role acts as the central coordination function, interfacing between Business Units, internal/external testing laboratories, and IT, to deliver high-quality, timely, and compliant cybersecurity services

 

YOUR TASKS

  • Drive and manage the entire product cybersecurity testing process from initial request to closure, serving as the main point of contact for all stakeholders. Receive and process testing requests (via Jira), share and review intake forms, and coordinate scoping and clarification meetings. Plan and facilitate all mandatory meetings (Pre-Kick Off, Kick Off, Risk Alignment, Findings Clarification, Closure & Lessons Learned)
  • Coordinate workshops and additional meetings as needed to clarify technical or process questions. Ensure timely communication and documentation flow between Business Units, Testing Laboratories, and IT
  • Oversee the preparation, review, and distribution of all required deliverables, including Testing Plans, Critical Findings Reports, Preliminary and Final Test Reports and Asset Inventory updates
  • Manage/update of Jira tickets and update the Lessons Learned Dashboard.Act as the primary liaison for Business Units, Testing Laboratories and IT, ensuring all parties are aligned on scope, timelines, and deliverables
  • Contribute to process improvements and service optimization in collaboration with the Service Owner and other stakeholders
  • Sharing and reviewing intake forms with Business Units. Scheduling and leading meetings throughout the testing lifecycle. Coordinating with IT for infrastructure access and approvals
  • Managing documentation flow and ensuring all deliverables are completed and archived. Handling escalations and supporting resolution of issues
  • Updating asset inventories and lessons learned records

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Studying business administration, industrial engineering or similar
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Very good Microsoft Office skills, Experience with AI is of advantage
