YOUR TASKS:
- Assistance of operating purchasing activities in SAP, SRM and Pool4Tool
- Preparation of RFQ’s (request for quotations)
- Assessment of supplier offers as well as preparation of supplier orders (samples, tools etc.)
- Creation of delivery plans in addition to monitoring of delivery dates
- Check supplier invoices as well as booking incoming goods
- Assistance in cost saving activities and projects
- Create reports out of SoftconCIS and Business Warehouse
- Preparation as well as organization of supplier meetings with internal departments (e.g. R&D)
- Collaboration to improve Purchasing processes
- Development of Purchasing training documents for onboarding purposes (e.g. how to create orders, book good receipts)
YOUR PROFILE:
- Studies of Economics or equivalent
- Fluent in English and German
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office and SAP
