IHRE AUFGABEN

• • Unterstützung des globalen und divisionsübergreifenden  Headcount Actual & Outlook Prozesses
  • Zuarbeit im Rahmen der jährlichen globalen und divisionsübergreifenden  Headcount-Budgetplanung
  • Ausführung von HR Analytics Standard Reporting Anforderungen
  • Erstellen von Ad-Hoc Auswertungen
  • Unterstützung des globalen Personalanforderungsprozesses
  • Unterstützung bei globalen Personalstammdaten Qualitätsprüfungen
  • Interaktion & Kommunikation mit HR Analytics Stakeholdern (z.B. Finance, Business) wenn erforderlich
  • Übernahme von Teilaufgaben innerhalb von HR Analytics Sonderprojekten

IHR PROFIL

• • Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbar
  • Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
  • Sehr gute Microsoft-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
  • Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und und eine zuverlässige, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
