YOUR TASKS
- Support in coordinating the IT project portfolio and helping to keep deadlines and process steps on track
- Communication with project managers and stakeholders to gather status updates, collect relevant information, and follow up on open topics in a professional manner
- Collection, structuring, and preparation of project data and key performance indicators (KPIs) from various sources
- Contribution to decision papers and management reporting, providing insight into how project work supports business decisions
- Assistance in the preparation and follow-up of portfolio board meetings
- Support in maintaining and further developing portfolio management tools and templates, including contributing ideas for continuous improvement
YOUR PROFILE
- Ongoing studies in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable degree program with an IT focus
- Very good German and English language skills
- Basic IT knowledge, ideally complemented by initial practical experience through internships, working student positions, or project work
- Structured, organized, and detail-oriented approach to work
- Curiosity, willingness to learn, and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and tools
- Strong communication skills combined with a collaborative mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Independent and proactive working style paired with strong team spirit
