YOUR TASKS
- Be part of the Management Evolution Program, our trainee program for young professionals and graduates
- Gain extensive insights into various Finance & Controlling functions and topics like Financial Reporting Headquarter / Divisions, Operational Controlling, Treasury, M&A, Investor Relations, Finance & Controlling Systems and Processes through three internationally-oriented projects
- Stay abroad for at least six months for one of the projects, which gives you the opportunity to broaden your intercultural competence and your language skills
- A mentor, your supervisors in the project and additional off-the-job trainings will support the further development of your professional and social competencies
- Build a global network within Finance & Controlling and across functions
- Develop a good understanding of our Finance & Controlling activities and the different roles in order to get prepared to take on a global Finance & Controlling role after the program
YOUR PROFILE
- Excellent Master’s degree and strong interest in Finance & Controlling topics
- First professional experience in Finance & Controlling or experience through various and challenging internships or as a working student
- A least 6 months experience abroad through internships or studies
- Fluent English and solid German, other languages are a plus
- Willingness to learn and to take over responsibility
- Team spirit and excellent communication as well as interpersonal skills
- International mindset and high flexibility
