YOUR TASKS
- Responsible as technical interface at defined large trailer manufacturers for all technical questions and problems (including new product introductions, series support and optimal usage of KB products)
- Support of Commercial Sales organization on complex technical topics and issues, including layouts for complex vehicles or Investigations on customer vehicle issues
- Support of Commercial Sales with knowledge on product updates and benefits argumentation for KB products
- Auditing of customers on KB product usage and consulting for improvement of production
- Involvement in early phase of KB product developments for checking market fit and improvements for optimal customer experience
- Creation of customer requirements for new product developments, based on customer input and market knowledge
- Management and content delivery for product documentation creation/updates
- Support for functional competitor product benchmarking
YOUR PROFILE
- Broad practical experience in the trailer manufacturing industry especially with focus on trailer brake and chassis systems
- Professional education as vehicle builder or similar
- Structured and reliable way of working as well as confident and customer-oriented appearance
- Openness to learn and grow in an agile SCRUM Team, together with other system experts
- Communication and persuasion skills
- Very good command or written and spoken English and German, French language as advantage
