YOUR TASKS
- Strategic Governance: Oversee SAP ERP CO setup, managing controlling master data, reporting dimensions, KPIs and calculation logic to ensure robust management reporting
- Process Innovation: Partner with Group IT to explore and implement advanced technologies, enhancing efficiency through automation and process optimization
- S/4 HANA Transformation: Lead the transition to an integrated, template-based S/4 HANA platform, ensuring seamless operations and scalability, acting as the Rail B2P Stream Lead
- Target Process Design: Define and document target process maps that align with business requirements, supporting organizational goals and operational excellence
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Work with divisional leaders, business process owners and IT module experts to deliver cohesive, business-aligned solutions from a controlling perspective
YOUR PROFILE
- University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field, with solid knowledge of IFRS
- At least 4 years consulting an internationally operating manufacturing company using a standardized SAP setup
- Proven experience managing SAP finance and controlling projects, with familiarity in methodologies like PMI, Prince2, or Agile (Scrum)
- Strong understanding of working within guidelines, governance, and procedures in a matrix organization with team leadership experience being a plus
- Upper-intermediate proficiency in English and German required
