YOUR TASKS

  • Develop and Implement globally harmonized Accounting policies, procedures and controls for accurate financial statement preparation in SAP
  • Represent Accounting in the S4 Hana Transformation project
  • Manage global projects with stakeholders in Accounting-driven projects
  • Create comprehensive process documentation and guidelines for operational excellence
  • Collaborate with other functions (e.g., Procurement, IT, Internal Audit) to drive operational efficiency and process improvements through automation (including Robotics) and process mining
  • Prepare training metarials and conduct accounting trainings internally
  • 20% travel required

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Several years of professional experience in Finance and Accounting functions, with a deep understanding of Accounting and business processes in SAP (R3 or S4Hana)
  • Experienced in SAP FI-module, advanced knowledge in CO and MM-modules
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to set priorities in a complex, international environment
  • Extensive IFRS knowledge
  • Interest in developing system-based solutions using artificial intelligence and Robotics
  • Solid understanding of internal controls, risk management, and compliance
  • Self-initiative, analytical thinking, and proficiency in German and English
