YOUR TASKS
- Design, maintain and further develop/improve a framework which enables the compliance function to monitor regularly assess improve and ensures risk orientation of the compliance management system in all relevant aspects

Risk Assessment, Compliance Controls and Audits: design, quality assure and conduct the risk assessment and monitor, analyse, assess and record business and corporate transactions, processes, structures, relations as well as external developments with regard to identifying compliance risks
- Design mitigating actions and tracking the respective status in the framework of compliance risk management
- Contribute proactively to further develop/improve the global compliance program
- Support execution of Business Partner Due Diligence in accordance with the established Business Partner Processes and Guidelines
- Serve as contact partner giving preventive advice to the Management and employees on compliance-relevant questions and issues, in particular in the areas of anti-corruption, conflicts of interest, fraud/embezzlement, and anti-trust matters
- Foster and encourage a culture of integrity and an open speak-up culture through training and local as well as regional communication campaigns and all connected business units
- Coordinate global compliance initiatives
YOUR PROFILE
- Master degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Economics, Law or similar specialization is beneficial. International experience is desired
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience, out of which 4 years of operational experience in the field of Compliance/Risk Management. Certifications such as CCP are beneficial
- Strong interpersonal communication, intercultural collaboration, change and project management, presentation/moderation action, orientation/problem solving skills
- High degree of integrity, confidentiality, trust and accountability
- Solid degree of flexibility, e.g., willingness to travel or situational adaptability
- Strong command of MS office skills and ability to adapt new technologies
- Proficient in English (business fluent), any other language is beneficial
