YOUR TASKS
- Coordination of all Original Equipment sales relevant activities to support Global Key Account Managers
- Top Management communication including reportings and meeting preparations (e.g. Executive and Supervisory Board Meetings, Sales Group Meetings)
- Coordination of all external and internal requests, e.g. sustainability customer requests
- Coordination and representation of/in company Task Forces, e.g. energy, supply
- Support in defining Sales Strategy
- Process improvement and lead of major projects, e.g. Contract Management Tool, Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Support in (global) workshop preparation and overarching company projects
- Support in operational sales tasks including Overdue Management, Customer Portal Management, Best Practice creation and sharing, price calculations, order tracking and tooling, sample planning, delivery follow up etc.
YOUR PROFILE
- Degree (Master or Bachelor) in the fields of business, engineering, or natural sciences with an affinity for technical and commercial topics
- Professional experience in project management within a manufacturing company, preferably in the automotive or industrial goods sector
- Coordination skills, ability to prioritize, and a high level of commitment to maintaining an overview in a dynamic environment
- Strong solution-oriented mindset with the ability to find pragmatic and effective approaches in complex and challenging situations
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in both German and English
