YOUR TASKS
- You support the development of a KB RailServices (RS) growth strategy focusing both on financial revenue as well as customer satisfaction
- You help us scaling our business and conquering new target groups: Your passion for railway mobility will drive you to identify potentials and chances across the railway sector and to implement innovative ideas within solid new business models in close collaboration with our product and development teams as well as the KB (RS) locations and suitable pilot customers
- You are working on and sustaining business plans standing on your head thus ensuring that the POCs either fail fast or proof the sustainability of the business model.
- You implement or improve the processes needed to successfully integrate the new business models into the KB product and service portfolio, taking the stakeholders with you.
- Your experience in network establishment and partner management ensures a fast and efficient time-to-market: wheels must not be re-invented but the right partners have to be selected and a sustainable cooperation established instead.
- You accompany and support our sales teams to enable them to take over the new business models into their portfolio
YOUR PROFILE
- You have an advanced university degree (MSc or PhD), ideally in business administration, entrepreneurship, innovation management or some technical/IT background
- You show affinity for – or even have experience with - the railway industry
- You have a strong customer orientation
- You have an entrepreneurial as well as analytical mindset and a strong affinity for technical/digital topics
- You are curios to leave the beaten track despite your passion for structured and streamlined processes
- You are able to analyze complex technical and process challenges and to develop innovative solutions
- You can turn innovative ideas into actionable projects. You are not a fan of vanity-metrics, the only thing that counts for you is real impact.
- You have a solution oriented, independent and structured way of working with high attention to detail
- You are willing to take responsibility and ownership
- You have several years of experience in project management, preferably with innovation projects
- You are a team player, strong communicator and you love to support your colleagues with your know how. You will thus effectively interact with your stakeholders and thrill them for your projects
- You are fluent in English and in German
