YOUR TASKS

  • You are the central point of contact for quality-related matters for the assigned customers and ensure that their requirements and goals are met
  • Organize and conduct regular customer meetings to align on current quality-related issues, goals, requirements, and the status of goal fulfillment
  • Communicate updated customer requirements and goals within the Knorr-Bremse Group and track compliance with them
  • Provide central quality-related customer KPIs, complaint data, quality documents, and questionnaires
  • Regularly analyze customer KPIs to identify emerging trends and demand preventive measures in collaboration with the stakeholders, set them, and monitor their implementation
  • Initiate and coordinate countermeasures for customer escalations
  • Communicate lessons learned and best practices
     

YOUR PROFILE

  • Degree in engineering, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering with a focus on quality management, or a similar qualification
  • Several years of work experience (3-5 years) in quality management, preferably in a company with manufacturing background
  • Very good English skills, additional foreign language skills are advantageous
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively communicate with customers and internal departments at various levels
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify, analyze, and propose appropriate solutions to quality issues
  • Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
  • Problem-solving management (8D/Ishikawa/5-Why) (good knowledge)
  • MS Office (good knowledge)
  • Power BI (advantageous)
