We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager with focus on HR Operations / Service Center Projects and Process Excellence to join our Corporate HR team at Knorr-Bremse. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the implementation of HR Shared Services projects and process excellence initiatives across the organization.
YOUR TASKS:
- Lead and manage the implementation of HR Shared Services projects and process excellence initiatives to improve HR service delivery and efficiency
- Identify and evaluate process improvements and implement changes to enhance HR service delivery
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures, process maps, and training materials for HR Shared Services
- Monitor and report on project progress and results to ensure that project goals are met
- Collaborate with HR leaders and stakeholders to identify and prioritize HR process improvement opportunities
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
YOUR PROFILE:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR Shared Services, process excellence, or related field
- Proven experience leading and managing HR projects and process improvement initiatives
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices
- Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
