YOUR TASKS
- Track and drive the project plans and deliverables across multiple projects within the global S/4 Transformation Program
- Support of communication and change management inside the Knorr-Bremse organisation
- Responsible for project documentation, presentations and reporting
- Preparation and execution of workshops in the role of a moderator and facilitator
- Manage and track project risk management
- Collaborate with the PMO of the other business unit to harmonize the activities
- Ensure coordination & tool availability for global business process owners
YOUR PROFILE
- Degree in Economics, IT, Business Informatics or comparable at Bachelor level
- Ideally practical experience at least 2 years in a project management office and/or change management organization with good knowledge of project management tools and techniques
- Very strong communication skills, engaging and confident demeanor to interact with project managers and senior management stakeholders within the organization
- Business level German and English language skills
- Strong SAP experience, S/4 HANA preferred
- Structured and analytical thinking, IT affinity
- Committed and willing to travel
