YOUR TASKS
- Implement, coordinate and continuously improve the divisional BCMS
- Own and maintain BCM processes, methodologies, standards and templates
- Coordinate the divisional Operational Resilience initiatives and alignment across relevant functions
- Define the BCM scope, criticality criteria and scoping methodology
- Coordinate the identification of critical processes, products and assets
- Steer BCM implementation across CVS-Division locations
- Guide and support sites in conducting BIA and BCM risk assessments
- Support the definition of continuity strategies, measures, BCPs and Recovery Plans
- Coordinate BCM exercises, lessons learned and improvement measures
- Monitor BCMS implementation and provide KPI and management reporting
- Act as central BCM expert and contact for site-level BCM roles
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or comparable field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Proven experience in Business Continuity / Operational Resilience ideally in manufacturing and supply chain environments
- Knowledge of BCM standards and methodologies (e.g. ISO 22301 / BSI 200-4)
- Experience with BIA, risk assessment and continuity planning
- Understanding of manufacturing, supplier and IT/OT dependencies
- Experience in cross-functional initiatives, governance and improvement programs
- Strong stakeholder management in an international, cross-functional environment
- Fluent English; German advantageous
