YOUR TASKS

  • Administrates sales process such as ordering, invoices and serial product release
  • Price update preparation and coordination of validation with controlling for price update on recurrent basis to cover material fluctuations
  • Coordinates with BU VAVEs implementation to improve P&L of OEM account
  • Plans sales volumes and potential opportunities of the OEM assigned; Provides information via CRM for forecasts and planning; Analyzes the specific customer situation and builds a sound network of stakeholders within account organization
  • Evaluates and coordinates contracts and price negotiations for selected product areas for the customer to be looked after, including coordination with the P&L responsible departments / BUs participation in the analysis of the OEM strategy
  • Establishes and develops OEM contacts and relationships at all levels in order to generate sustainable sales relations and to meet agreed commercial targets
  • Manages business with the customer, coordinates RFQs, manages volumes, market share, costs, compensations and business contracts
  • Participates in the development of customer strategies for Europe acquisition of new projects

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • University degree in business administration, mechanical engineering or similar
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in sales, technical sales or key account management 
  • Automotive experience an advantage, ideally product and system knowledge
  • Business fluent in German and English
  • Proficient handling of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP R3
  • Intercultural affinity and willingness to travel regularly (app. 20%) 
  • High level of competence in customer service, customer relations, project management, independent working style as well as technical interest and ability to work in a team
