YOUR TASKS
- Organizational Development: Support the development and implementation of effective organizational structures that align with the company's strategic objectives. Collaborate with department heads and key stakeholders to assess current organizational needs and make recommendations for improvements. Drive initiatives to streamline processes, enhance communication channels, and optimize workflow across departments
- Corporate Governance: Support to develop and implement corporate governance and organizational development strategies. Monitor compliance with requirements in the corporate governance framework. Coordinate governance committee meetings. Monitor certain business processes. Establish and maintain a record of operational procedures manuals. Analyze monthly reports
- Operational Excellence: Support the Knorr Excellence program in close collaboration with the divisional excellence activities. Support the development and implementation of effective operational excellence workstreams (people, processes, systems, culture) and align with the company's strategic objectives. Drive initiatives ion the workstreams and collaborate with cross-functional team members to assess current requirements and recommend improvements
- Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during periods of organizational restructuring or strategic shifts. Provide guidance and support to employees and teams as they adapt to changes in processes, structures, or technologies
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between departmental goals and overall organizational strategy. Foster open communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization. Regularly communicate updates on organizational development and strategy initiatives to relevant stakeholders
YOUR PROFILE
- Masters degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, HR or a related field
- Proven experience in organizational development, change management, and strategic planning, preferably
- in a public or private corporate environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse teams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to drive results and execute strategic initiative
