YOUR TASKS

  • Globally responsible for operation of the internal whistleblowing hotline and follow-up investigation on reports received; proposal of remediation measures that are timely implemented
  • Responsible for establishing the Global Investigation Department: develop, implement and maintain a global framework for investigative actions and respecitve remediation work
  • Manage globally maintenance and monitoring of the risk strategy and respective initiatives arising of investigations
  • Quality assure and conduct regular reporting to internal and external stakeholders oversea and take part in projects
  • Foster further development of the Global Compliance Program, including optimization of processes, procedures, policies, training etc. and allocate available resources effectively and efficiently
  • Act as point of escalation regarding advice to internal functionaries and for matters with global reach, if necessary, regarding criminal law, investigation and enforcement as well as compliance topics
  • Reports directly to the Global Chief Compliance Officer

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • University degree or equivalent qualification in Law, similar specialization is beneficial. International experience is desired
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience, out of which 6 years of operational experience in the field of Compliance / Internal Investigation, Regulatory Enforcement Law (i.e., International Criminal Law), Forensic Investigations, Regulatory Compliance or equivalent field, of which a minimum of 4 years of leadership experience is beneficial
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, intercultural collaboration, change and project management, presentation / moderation action, orientation / problem solving skills
  • High degree of integrity, confidentiality, trust and accountability
  • Solid degree of flexibility, e.g., regular and, at times, unpredictable travel, including regular international travel, is required
  • Solid command of MS office skills and ability to adapt new technologies
  • Proficient in English (business fluent), any other language is beneficial
