YOUR TASKS
-
- Leading the strategy process, from definition to deployment of organic and inorganic strategies for all business segments within BU P&G and for the BU overall
- Proven experience in Strategy Development, M&A, and Post-Merger Integration (PMI)
- Globally defining regional, customer/market, product portfolio and innovation strategies - the deployment of the innovation roadmap will be managed jointly by a team of business segment and engineering managers, financial controlling and business development
- Responsible for the annual STRAP process
- Supporting growth and strategic aspects of the budgeting process
- Defining M&A targets, the execution of M&A projects as well as post merger integration projects, also encompassing the lead in defining and executing potential Joint Ventures
- Involvement in efforts to improve/develop profitability margins of the Business Segments within the Business Unit
- Liaise closely with all Business Segment Managers in the definition of strategies as well as with the CFO of BU P&G for business and strategy deployment controlling
- Closely align with the Chief Commercial Officer of BU P&G for strategic projects (e.g. Joint Ventures)
- Support the Managing Director BU P&G in the preparation of senior management and executive management meetings
- Develop stringent and transparent processes from strategy development to deployment; also leading strategy projects that are jointly defined with the BU manager P&G
YOUR PROFILE
- Successfully completed degree in Industrial Engineering
- Proven experience in Strategy Development, M&A, and Post-Merger Integration (PMI)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Outstanding presentation skills, suitable for executive-level audiences
- Enjoyment working in a team environment; efficient, independent, and responsible work approach
- Creativity combined with a strong service and solution-oriented mindset
- Proven expertise in project, team, and time management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Microsoft PowerPoint
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel internationally
