This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving the execution of divisional product security initiatives across business units and product lines.

Position serves as the primary execution and delivery lead for product security programs, ensuring predictable delivery, effective cross-functional coordination, and transparent reporting. The Divisional Product Security Project Manager does not define product security strategy, governance, or technical security requirements.

 

YOUR TASKS

    • Execute divisional product security programs and initiatives
    • Translate divisional objectives and roadmaps into structured project plans and milestones
    • Track execution progress, manage dependencies, and drive issue resolution
    • Prepare delivery options and impact assessments to support leadership decision-making
    • Act as the day-to-day execution coordinator between Product Security Managers, engineering, quality, IT/OT security, and compliance
    • Facilitate planning workshops, synchronization meetings, and delivery reviews
    • Maintain divisional product security program dashboards and reporting
    • Coordinate rollout and execution of established product security governance initiative
    • Standardize project management approaches, templates, and tooling

YOUR PROFILE

    • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Security, or related field 
    • Proven experience (min. 5 years) in project or program management in cross-functional environments
    • Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills
    • Experience in rail, industrial automation, or safety-critical domains preferred
    • Familiarity with product security or secure development lifecycles preferred
    • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, Agile) is a big advantage
